Scenic Designer: Radio Golf

Michael is delighted to be returning to the DCTC. Previous collaborations with Israel Hicks include Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Seven Guitars and Two Trains Running. Most recently, he has designed productions of Pride and Prejudice and Armadale for Milwaukee Rep, Henry VII and The Comedy of Errors for The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and You Can’t Take It With You and By the Waters of Babylon for Seattle Rep. Later this year he will be designing productions of Julius Caesar and A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Marco Barricelli (Director, DCTC Glengarry Glen Ross), at Shakespeare Santa Cruz. Michael received his BFA degree from Webster University, his MFA degree from New York University, and is a proud graduate of The Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, California. He would like to dedicate his work on this production to friend Greg Morales.
