T.J. Shanoff (Director) has served as a composer/lyricist, musical director, and director for The Second City since 1997. With The Second City, composer/lyricist credits include: Rod Blagojevich Superstar!, Rush Limbaugh! The Musical, Jewsical, Sex & The Second City, and original Second City shows in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. Directing credits include: The Second City National Touring Company; One If By Land - Late If By T, The Second City's inaugural run aboard the recently launched Norwegian Epic; and many other Second City shows for the Norwegian Cruise Line. Musical Directing credits include An Evening with Martin Short, Jewsical, Rush Limbaugh! The Musical, The Second City National Touring Company, Songs Of The Second City, and The Chicago Emmy Awards. T.J. has hosted talk radio shows for Sporting News Radio and WCKG-FM, and performs customized musical entertainment and hosting for corporate events worldwide. T.J. spends much of his free time kvetching about the Cubs, traveling around the world to see Paul McCartney perform, and watching his blood pressure rise as a direct result of the programming on Fox "News".
